Blizzard downloader crashed the Explorer

I purchased a digital version of Starcraft on the other day. I installed the game and run fine on Vista 32, and copied the downloaded game to another place for backup.

The issue is when i want to remove (delete) the Blizzard's downloader used to download the game, or even the separate downloader to download a game trailers from Blizzard, it will always crashed my windows explorer. In other words if i selected the file and then press "Delete" key, or if i right click the mouse to select similar command, the windows explorer will crash.
