According to a Tweet that VG247 picked up, Stephanie D'Astous, boss of Eidos Montreal flustered this in the tweet:

uh, IGN says in their news "Deus Ex 3 Trailer The stunning teaser in all its glory" and it takes you to a 3 year old teaser. wow, cool "news"!

Wierd that it's labeled only as "Xbox360/PS3".
Definitely nothing more than a teaser, and it wasn't even a very good one imo. They even ripped off the title music from DX1.
*Edit* I originally clicked on the wrong trailer (old teaser), the new one isn't so bad. So now it's officially being called 'Deus Ex: Human Revolution'?
