Bethsoft has dropped their lawsuit against Interplay, which presumably paves the way forward forward for Project V13 / Fallout Online. Full details at Duck and Cover.

You should correct this. It wasn't dropped. Only a part of the lawsuit was dropped(that Interplay has to stop selling Fallout immediately). The rest is still on.

Yes, the request for an injunction has been dropped, not the entire suit.
