Can I remap the scroll wheel button?

Hi. Is it possible to remap the camera control in isometric view to the thrid mouse button instead of the scroll wheel button (which is extremely awkward to keep pressed)? Or can I control the camera with the keyboard somehow? There are no options for this, but is there a ini I can edit, or perhaps a mod?
