Remember E.Y.E., the Source-based cyberpunk FPS/RPG from Streum on Studio? According to Worthplaying, the game will be released on Steam "early February". We've yet to see any previews or interviews but it does look interesting for those wanting a "Deus Ex" vibe.

I would say cyberpunk and "Deus Ex" vibe are both a bit of a stretch on this one, but I guess we'll wait and see. Some of the art may look a little cyberpunk, but I would say the gameplay and core of the game bend more towards a sci-fi militaristic multiplayer shooter with rpg elements. Are there factions, or dialogue options embed with the mission structure? Admittedly I didn't look long, but I was unable to find them. To me a tentant of cyberpunk reflects its "punk" nature of its name in that it bucks the status quo, whether that be a government, military, or religion, or corporate diety. It need not be some distant future state, more the strugle to fight that system.

Something seems "off" about this game, from watching the trailer. A bit clunky, and not nearly visceral enough.
Ass-hat
