Interplay - Counters Bethsoft Claims

Ausir from The Vault writes they have more court documents relating to the ongoing Interplay vs Bethsoft suits. If you recall, Bethsoft recently surprised by changing tack and claiming Interplay only had rights to use the "Fallout" name with its MMO - but not the setting or characters. The Vault has several responses from Interplay, using some of Bethsoft's own statements to counter the claim.
