Well, maybe i was a bit too harsh. My main cause of concern was the fact, that the developer has simply not done proper RPG-s before. Sports sims and soulless Diablo clones can't be a good training ground for a soon-to-be RPG developer.
Who knows? There's nothing in the interview to dismiss it with, and while one might rather want to see a veteran developer on it, I'll wait and see.
