For OCD I recommend a fifth of Jack, and a bottle of Prozac

Sorry, I should've stated…finish the MAIN quest. So with OOO's mod I've noticed things don't work the same way they used to…or maybe I've just forgotten. But I usually advanced level's by training my major skills until I can level up but don't sleep. At this point I start levelling up the minor skills in the respective attribute I want to raise. Lets say Strength…I'll go and start beating up bad guys with my hands skill for another 5 levels and then go sleep. At this point I should have a +5 in Strenght but I don't instead it says +2…why?

I think once you get the level message, training other skills doesn't affect your attribute boosts when you do finally level up. I remember monitoring my major skill levels very carefully to make sure I didn't get the message until I was ready to level up.

The side quests were pretty interesting actually IMO, much more so than the main quest which felt like a shore most of the time. Those oblivion portals for instance…hurgh.
