On a side note, magazines about rural life (often a bit glorified) and landscapes are currently a huge success here in Germany, too.

I'd just like to point out that "Farming simulator" is currently featured on the steam autumn sale, and - the mind boggles - is #27 on the bestseller charts. Ahead of, among others, The Witcher 2, Portal, Terraria, Dishonored, Dead Island…
