Thanks to Tek on our forums for pointing out a movie from CD Projekt's recent Warsaw press event for The Witcher. The presenter is Dutch but the rather spectacular footage from the game is still worth a look (7m:42s).

Awesome gameplay footage. I really like the way Geralt's hair flows in the air and all the animations, including the spectacular battle scene are excellent. A welcome change in this particular sub-genre after the lame combat system implemented in NWN 1-2.

wow great video!!!
thats a great idea about delayed consequences for role-playing choices.
this game went from buy eventually on my list to the almost unheard of for me buy on day of release! (hopefully thats this year)
