Just cured Ardo and have seen no mention of it anywhere.

You do obtain at least two robes that help regenerate Astral Energy that I can recall. Not sure if either of those are specifically what you mean.
There's also the storm sentinel robes (which my character wears in my RoT thread…) These were probably the best for straight spell casters that I found.
I used the good Geode robes for awhile in the early part of the game as well.

I don't remember. Unfortunately there are a few items that don't exist in Drakensang 2.
