Nice indeed… €3.49 here in my country. Did Valve finally get rid of it's obscure $1 = €1 policy then?

Anyway.. I had been on the fence about this one. Tried the demo when the game was released, but found the gameplay to be different than I expected. The reduced Steam price was already enticing, but this is an insta-buy for me.

Wait, what? You mean Steam no longer forces Europeans to pay about 35% more for every game? I choose to be hopeful but doubtful.

It really depends on the publisher and the game.
I find for some to convert currency correctly, while some others still have $1 = €1 .

You can compare regions and see what is fair priced (ie converts to be near the same amount) and then also the top savings (better priced in your region) and total rip-offs (worse priced in your region).
