Looks like OGRE3D an open source engine. Here are some screens from Heretic Kingdom: Reluctant Hero to compare it to.

I dunno, but I think it looks great … I just hope that the game delivers on hte promise I see in those screens!

The game uses modified TheEngine from Dawn of Magic.
