I haven't the excess of energy required to research this for myself, so can someone tell me what they mean by that?

By detailed nuances they mean shepherd says stuff during combat depending on whats happening. e.g. you lean out near a corner and shepherd says "I think I can shepherd-roll to that column for more cover", or when hes ducking behind something and weapons fire is zooming past his head he goes "woop woop woop woop woop".
They also go on about improved enemy stagger animations and targeting system.
Basically they're talking about tiny differences that have a lot of work behind them.
Or if you're just asking about the words and making a joke about bioware's lame marketing-speak then nevermind.
