Bethesda Softworks - Officially Owner of Fallout 3

Sorry but that's silly conspiracy theory.
If Bethesda wanted to silence Fallout 1&2 to begin with, they wouldn't have have made a Fallout 3 and did a reboot called Fallout Whatever instead.
There's little doubt they'll sell Fallout 1&2 themselves once they get the distribution rights back.
