That wasn't actually a response to Dez. As much as I love freedom of speech, religion, Hinduism, and thoughtful use of resources, I don't feel like what you are doing is right.

Spam is a most powerful sin as it attacks mankind, distracting him from his chosen goals, and wastes the precious few thoughtful moments he may spend. Unthinking spam is as alive as a virus.

Is portraying Hinduism as a virus likely to encourage people to come toward it, or push them away thinking that Hindus are disrespectful, unthinking diseases?

Please consider for a moment (do not respond: "yes…") and make a thoughtful reply, or cease this practice of unthinking resource distribution you are warning us against.

God hates weeping & begging ? How are you able to look into the heart of God ?

I had meant the term "universes" rather in the sense of recent scientific "thoughts" that there might be several, if not an unlimited number of universes.

Default God is not necessary in the field of scientific advance

February 23rd, 2012, 13:30
Difference between unimaginable God and Science

All the creation is based on scientific logic and the techniques adopted in the nature are purely based on the sharpness of your imagination called as Science. You can talk with a person directly near to you. You can also talk to a person situated far from you through a telephone. Both these facilities are created by God only and are left by Him to your control only. God created this logical nature and presented to the self effort of the human being. He left this nature and became beyond this logical nature.

Any human being can attain the powers and facilities of this logical nature and God is not necessary in this field of imaginable items. Even an atheist becomes a great scientist and enjoys all these systematic powers of the nature with the help of self efforts, techniques and instruments. This is the field of imagination and Science, which is nothing but an advanced state of sharp intelligence. This is one field.

In this era of scientific advancement it is very much a need that spiritual topics should be introduced in a scientific and logical manner. At preset lot of atheists are in this world. Therefore these posts are relevant to establish the existence of God to a scientist or an atheist.

Now regarding your cow slaughter, i should say that one should not kill a living being. You must not kill any living being for the sake of your food. God has given enough vegetable food that contains all the ingredients present in the non-vegetarian food. After all, the source of ingredients of any flesh is only vegetable kingdom only. Eating the non-vegetarian food is not a sin because same ingredients exist in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian foods. But, you have to kill a living being for the sake of non-vegetarian food. The killing is the greatest sin.
You may argue that you have not killed the living being directly. Such argument cannot stand. Since you are eating the non-vegetarian food, the living being is killed. You are responsible for its killing. Therefore, you are the principle shareholder of the sin. There is nothing wrong if you eat a living being after its natural death. In Hinduism, there is a sect of people called ‘Kapalikas’, who eat the dead living beings. Therefore, they do not acquire sin. The tsunami is always due to anger of God since you are killing the living beings present in water for food. The earthquakes are due to killing of living beings that exist on the earth. God in the form of Buddha and Mahavir preached the non-violence and severely opposed the killing of living beings.

God in some other human forms might have followed the practice of non-vegetarian food in order to join with non-vegetarian people so that, certain other higher aspects to be preached might have been taken into consideration. That does not mean that God has encouraged the killing of living beings through non-vegetarian food. He might have kept silent on this issue in order to give importance to other serious issues. God follows the ignorance of the students in order to become friendly with them. To control a running bull, you have to run along with it for some distance before controlling it.

All these are the basic concepts of nivrutti, which are the core of pravrutti. By following the ethics of pravrutti, you will avoid God becoming furious with you. Then, through nivrutti, you can please God. On one hand, you are making God furious by not following the ethics of pravrutti and how can you please God through nivrutti simultaneously?

Default Why are people indulged in killing each other in the name of God?

February 23rd, 2012, 15:35
Why are people indulged in killing each other in the name of God?

Ans. The original founders of the religions were the human incarnations of the same God like Krishna, Jesus, Mohammed, Buddha etc. Every religion says that their God only created this entire earth or this entire humanity. Unfortunately, there is only one earth and this proves that there is only one God mentioned by all the religions. Since God is one and the same, there cannot be contradicting concepts between the religions. But we find some contradictions and people are divided based on these contradictions. This division is leading to quarrels and finally killing each other. These contradictions cannot be from God because there is only one God as said above.

These contradictions were introduced into the religions by some misinterpretations of the followers only in the name of God. Hence the killing is also done in the name of God only. Q`ran says that you should protect even the follower of other religion and convey the message of Allah to him. It is left to him to follow or not. Hiranyakashipu worshipped Lord Shiva and his son Prahlada ( a great devotee) worshipped Lord Vishnu.

Lord Vishnu killed Hiranyakashipu not because he is worshipping Lord Shiva but because he tortured Prahlada to change his religion of worshipping Vishnu. In fact Shiva is Vishnu (Shivashcha Naarayanah…Veda). The conclusion of this is that God will punish you if you torture the devotee of any religion obstructing the freedom of his religion. Prahlada did not force his father to worship Vishnu. The same God exists in different forms in different religions. Hinduism is a mini model of unity in diversity that should exist in the universe as universal spirituality.

In esoterics, people tend to believe that everything that is is made up by what e think and believe in.

The mot recent examples would be that "water-earth" they have found not long ago, then Scrat, and then the so-called "Hobbits".

Terry Pratchett used this concept in his Discworld novels.
