Grim Dawn - Update #16, Kickstarter Ends, $537k!

Crate's Kickstarter for Grim Dawn has ended with a bang - taking almost $90k in the last day to close out with $537k. That unlocks everything stretch goal, so head over to see Arthur Bruno drinking a Tri-beer in celebration.

Funny how KS seems to start strong then dies out then ramps up in the last few days. Great to see in GD's case that they have a solid amount and will be able finish in the next year.

Yeah - this was a great result and fun to back!
It will be interesting to see how Crate manage to do with what is after all still not a huge amount of wonga for creating this kind of game. I reckon you'd have to stick at least 2 zeroes on the end of this to get close to the amount of cash that went into Diablo 3. Then, of course, you'd need to wait over a decade for the result.
