Baldur's Gate - Enhanced Edition - Mark Meer as Voice Actor

The Baldur's Gate Enhanced Edition Facebook page has been updated with news of Mark Meer voicing a character in the new content for the Enhanced Edition.

We're happy to officially announce Mark Meer as one of our voice actors adding new content to the Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition. Mark has previously appeared in the Baldur's Gate series and is best know for his work as Commander Sheppard of Mass Effect fame.

Does this mean it won't be releasing this month. I don't know anything about game development but if they are releasing in just 15 days should the game be done by now?

At first reading this I thought the same. However, Beamdog mentioned a few times that they will continue to make add-on content after the game is released.

IIRC, the DLC would be free for the PC buyers (who paid $17.99-19.99), but for the iPad (and presumably Android) buyers who paid $9.99 there was going to be an additional fee.
