Mmm… I'm not quite sure what you're saying here. Assuming a random sample of the population survives, it should be roughly like the present-day mix.I answered to a comment about the NA market. Assuming a random sample of population survives is a big hazardous assumption that does not fit the trends as shown today by the NA continent.
Survival would barely be a product of random processes.

Not too fond of real-time combat either.
And in fact it looks dull in this early demo.
That said, in every other aspect they seem to have a decently solid product.

They put up a few updates and they might make it in the end.
Combat is rather slow. Interface is weird considering it is not on consoles.
To take a full dimension, this game needs additional orders like formation deployment etc and possibly giving orders to one soldier at a time and not to one squad.
