Here is the document in pdf format. You will need Adobe Acrobat to read it. Warning it's in polish.

I will never forgive them point 6.
Unless that's to reinvest the cash into real RPGs.

Point 9 is… confusing. Completely new mechanisms?

They're certainly investing quite a bit in their technology with at least 4 games built with the new engine + a separate bullet point regarding its licencing. I'm also not sure about #9, maybe a multiplayer mode depending on the success of TW3?

@Kostaz - multiplayer mode isn't exactly "completely new" is it?

From the prospect of growth.
At release, TW2 was butchered by NA reviewing and depicted as a buggy game, confusing game design decisions with bugs. In the same time, DA2, that was a buggy game on release, was given a free pass by the same NA reviewing which omitted to mention how buggy DA2 was.
The PR bureau in NA should better that situation.
TW2 was also released as a PC game in the first place, later ported to consoles.
This time, their future games are going to be cross platform released.
They can expect a couple millions copies sales more from those two points only.
