Hello,

I just found this : http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/20…porn-actresses

It seems that THQ wanted to press the "Saints Row" game into something the developers didn't want it to become.

But she's in the actual game and they didn't mind that. They don't mind exploiting her they just don't want people to think a filthy porn star had any part in the creative side, sounds pretty hypocritical to me.

What's hypocritical about it? Credit her for what she actually did, not for what marketing wants to communicate.

I was planning on giving Saints Row a try soon anyways, and now my interest just went up a notch.

I wasn't planning to give it a try ever, but now I actually might do.

For me it's more the dev that are total hypocrites I only watch bit a of this game but it's clearly a call to low instincts, totally and clearly cynical without any second degree.

Promotion with porn actress totally fit the game for what it is, teenagers call, more exactly male teenagers call. I'm sure you can play it by applying yourself a second degree but I don't see the dev had any second degree.

I was trying play Max Payne 3 and was seeing like a clone of GTA 4 in its spirits, it's slightly more subtle than Saint Row but not much and Rockstar is becoming rather ridiculous with their systematic bad boy approach. Saint Row is just the same even more teeny.

Teeny? I didn't get that feeling at all. What do teens know about Luchadors and Hulk Hogan? Just because it isn't an appeal to your higher intellect doesn't make it a teen game.

Lol if you can see the naive low instinct call that are GTA games, well ok sure I have a higher intellect or you could try use your a bit more and analyze a bit more.

It's more smartly done for GTA, just more perverse and better manipulation, but for Saint Rows it's up to ridiculous.
