Steam's Midweek Madness sale features all of the Red Faction games for 75% off. You can get the entire collection for $14.99
http://store.steampowered.com/sub/15630/
Coincidently, I started playing Red Faction: Armageddon yesterday. Definitely worth it for that price if you're looking for a decent shooter.

Capt'n Brawe is an adventure game with an odd setting . It's a little bit like "Victorean era mixed with SciFi".
Compared to the fantasy genre, it's like Steampunk in an Fantasy setting, only the other way round … Or something like that … The German-language version even got voicovers, and I read that the international versions didn't ?!

Pick (up to) 3 games for 3€, 6 games for €6 or 9 games for €8
These are not the most high profile games out there, but Demise, Telepath, Girl With a Heart Of and Tiny & Big are all supposed to be pretty good. Don't know much about the others, apart from Sentinel 3, which I did not like.

Deus Ex, the entire set up for 14.99 on Steam for the entire weekend. Like 75% off each piece, I think.

Remember when some of the troglodytes from the codex came to this forum to cause some discord? One of them mentioned a game called "Planet Stronghold", which managed to peak some people's interest. Well, it is in a bundle now:
http://groupees.com/ww
Sadly, you need to pay $10 to get that game, but if enough people buy the bundle, then everyone will get Planet Stronghold.

Has anyone tried FTL? I'm wondering what it's like, maybe a Wing Commander type game with a campaign, or is it more like a strategy game?

I just started a topic on FTL over in the non-RPG section. (At least I don't think it's an RPG?)

More bundly goodness:
http://www.indieroyale.com/
Swords & Soldiers: A simple (simplistic?) RTS game, similar to Alien Corridor.
Lunar Flight: A modern remake of the arcade game Lunar Lander
Bunny must die!: A metroidvania game, that apparently is very good (I have not played it though)
Sequence: DDR meets CRPG?
Flying Red Barrel: Topdown shooter
Qlione: Another shooter
Cute things Dying Violently: Arcadey puzzle game

I found Swords & Solders huge fun. Easy to learn, hard to master. Bought it at retail (Woolworth Germany) a few months ago.

sequence is one of my favourite indies of all time, charming characters, with witty voice acting. the "ddr" aspect is addicting though i've never played those games, but i do enjoy all games harmonix have made which are music based. the battle system and skills are like a jrpg but very simple.
