IndieGala Dungeon bundle for only 3 days:

F-777 - Deadlocked (VOL.2)
Patrician III (aka Patrician 2 + add-on -> the best game of its kind ever)
Patrician IV - Steam Special Edition
Patrician IV: Ride Of A Dynasty
Dungeons - The Dark Lord
Dungeons - Steam Special Edition

The whole Shabang costs ca. 4.80$.

Sounds like a great deal if you want to try these games for cheap. All of them received solid to good reviews.

The Humble Weekly Sale has Alan Wake CE and Alan Wake's American Nightmare.

Haven't played them myself, but heard good things and this seems to be quite the steal…

Pay what you want for DRM free (from Humble store), or $1 for Steam keys & DRM free version.

GOG is running an FPS sale.

The questions I pose is unreal 1 and 2 worth playing (and buying for $5 each)?

I don't think I've played Unreal 1 since the late 90s. I have been wanting to go back to it for some time though. I've read a couple of reviews and it doesn't seem to have been a huge hit at the time. Epic first made their glory with Unreal Tournament. Unreal II is as far as I recall pretty average so my recommendation would be to skip it unless you really don't have anything else to play.

Unreal 2, no. Unreal 1 is still pretty fun, although it bogs down about halfway thru.
Quake 1 was much more fun. Although I remember Unreal 1 at the time was extremely pretty and I had to upgrade my whole system to run it.

Yeah, I loved the Quakes, so maybe I'll pick up Unreal 1 for the gameplay (obviously not the graphics).

Unreal 2 is somewhere on the better end of average. Decent game, nothing really wrong with it … but also very mainstream.

There's a texture upgrade for Unreal out there somewhere.

Daily deal at Steam is Giana Sisters - Twisted Dreams. Very beautiful jump & run by the former Spellbound guys. Their Ravensdale Kickstarter will go live soon.

GetLoadedGo has a 2 games for 8$ deal. The Cave in it, among others.

Alan Wake plus add-on are on sale at HumbleBundle.

You can get the D&D Anthology collection for only $6 on GamersGate until tomorrow. It's DRM free, and includes Baldur's Gate 1&2, Icewind Dale 1&2, Planescape: Torment, and The Temple of Elemental Evil.

Thanks, just got Alan Wake. I had considered getting it several times before. At this price, there really is no reason not to.

On my side it says 3.6€ for Alan Wake complete.
It's a console port of something that would be a mediocre adventure if was on PC, right?
But then again, for such price, lower than common ME overpowered itempack DLC… Can't skip it. Bought.

EDIT:
On GMG there is some odd looking game that's currently very cheap:
http://www.greenmangaming.com/s/hr/e…pells-of-gold/

Anyone played that one?
