Dialogue and the Reactive World is the enticing title of the third Alpha Protocol video dev diary at Gametrailers. Chris Parker starts the discussion, talking about the Dialogue Stance System, although I'm not sure anything new comes out.

That does look better but still lame. It has a chance.

This continues to look more awesome. Vastly improved lipsyncing, reputations per individual NPC, decent voice acting in everyone but the main character, bashing heads on tables, and Fryda Wolff.

A 'Headslam' dialogue option?! That's freakin' brilliant! I can think of more than a few times I'd have used that in past games…

In that opening collage he shoots a cowering unarmed NPC. I guess that's the 'draw gun' option that they show later on.
