Eschalon: Book II - January Update
January 15th, 2010, 03:17
A welcome update for those following Eschalon: Book II:
We are now testing with our “internal beta testing crew”. Their focus is game balance and checking on the main quest; meanwhile side-quests and secondary map map details are getting filled in. It is our greatest hope that this will lead into a semi-public beta test in February. Stay tuned!More information.

Reminds me I have to send an email off to Basilisk with questions for another interview…

Sounds like it's on track. It's an insta-buy for me. I hope this will do even better than the first installment and keep Basilisk around to satisfy my game habit for years to come.

Book I wasn't out very long at all before Thomas officially committed to the sequel. Here's hoping he enjoys even quicker success the second time around!

For me book I wasn't a major game, my main complains was that fights could have been more diversified and complex, that a bit to many book/contents reading was not a pleasant reading, and that the game was too small.
But it was still a very good remembering, with good fights anyway, a global story interesting, interesting exploration, some ok puzzling, nice graphics, RPG contents enough developed to grab me. So I'll get the Book II without even wait or try any demo.
