Welcome to the third part of the developer diary series for The Dark Eye: Demonicon. After the first two have dealt with finding a graphical style and story development, I want to go further into the area of what project management involves when developing a game like this one. We project managers don't design, paint or model objects in 3D. We don't make music, and certainly don't code, so we don't make a visible contribution. "Hey guys, what exactly are you doing there?"
