Deep Silver is the premium game division of KOCH Media∞. They signed a co-publishing agreement with JoWooD about a number of games including Gothic 3. They´re responsible for co-publishing and distribution in Gothic´s home market (Germany, Austria and Switzerland), the UK, Italy and France (unconfirmed but probable). Furthermore they are JoWooD´s biggest shareholder.
