Before the war, Montera was a trading city. Located in the centre of Myrtana, it was the place where the roads from Trelis, Cape dun and Venguard met. During the war Montera witnessed a large battle which resulted in the destruction of the southern city wall.

After the war slaves were tasked with cleaning the remnants of this wall and searching through the remains of the city temple for artifacts. These days, hardly any merchant comes to Montera anymore.
