I'm sorry but I can't help you. I never killed bosses except late in the game, maybe all you can do is continue without their quests.

Hi sorry to pm you but i'm desperate. I have no more quests to do, and i searched for some chiefs and there's no in the place. An example i killed comandante torres for a mafia's mission and now i have a sub-mission that is to go talk with him. Now he don't be where the map says. In mini-map says "away" i tried all times of day and nothing. If i kill some chiefs he doesn't appear anymore?
