I have killed stone and his flying fortress where to now do I need to kill all the fortresses before going to aeleroth how and what about the hall of echos have two of the four pices can't seem to find the other two

The first playthrough I was level 34 (only a few XP from 35) at the end and the next time around I was 32.

I ended it at 34 every time. Seems it's pretty much the default level if you do all the sidequests and clear all the caves. To get higher, you probably need to do certain things in a certain order (i.e do all the killing first, since killing scales as you gain xp, but only hand in quests once all the killing is done, since quest xp does not scale and will always reward the same amount).
