Locked Containers Bugged?
 

Now that I've got my LP skill up, when I open locked containers I'm not finding anything in them. Anyone else seeing this?

EDIT: Never mind, not all of them, just the majority of them, it seems.

Another question - upon entering a vehicle sometimes I get a "tire" symbol. What does that mean? Thanks.

EDIT: Again, figured this one out too. It means I need to replace a tire! No wonder my car was going so slow!!!

Sometimes, after a while, game relocks already looted containers. So they stay empty.
