Don't Hurt Girls Bandit Quest
 
When I go to the room to confront Jancario in the Don't Hurt Girls quest, he is not there. I have dropped by several times day and night. Has anybody else finished this quest? Thanks.

I don't recognise this quest, are the girls the hookers?
Only thing I can suggest: sometimes, (rarely), NPCs have incorrect markers and you might have to search around nearby areas for Jancario.

What I did to get past this quest was to shoot the place up, damaging everything, including the desk chair. The guy is never in his apartment. When you leave, another guy appears and tells you where to find him. So the mission description was a little deceptive. Good to go now.
