Hey in case anyone is intrested, I just found a really low price on Vanguard at Circut City of 39.99. :)

Also there is a really neat program which has been written by Peter Andersson (the guy that made Oldblivion which allowed old video cards to run oblivion and look very good) has just made an new program which collects info about all the quest, weapons, NPCs, POIs and many more.

So the program eleminates the need for manual Wiki entries in Vanguard, it took him about 4 months to reverse engineer the Unreal 3 Vanguard dll, to make the program very impressive. :)

Also on the front page for Feb 8 there is an article in the New York Times about Vanguard, also includes the move from m$ to Sony.

Oh just in general I downloaded the game and had the faster connection cable modem but here are the times you an expect on a 28k modem from Vanguards site. :biggrin:
