Nationstates
 

I have been playing nationstates for quite a while. I am getting rather bored with it, because I have developed my nation to the point where I can design a little web site around it. I am interested in finding either forums or websites where you can do future world building exercises. Something like Orions Arm, but with working forums-- the Orions Arm forums are so spaminated you can't really use them very well. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

The game is overly focused on designing weapons and war. While I would like something similar where I can do building things, trade, espionage, scientific research and other elements of RPing.
