yeah i got that too, even though mine isnt write protected. That part is easy to modify yourself, the main thing with this mod is to fix the morphing and that works without it altering ConfigUser.xml.

I didn't get any errors, installed fine and looks so much better, thanks for the tip vurt.

I used the 'high' option and performance took a hit, but I've turned that cheap looking DOF off + shadows down to high; performance is fine.

Now I can actually start playing.

That's what I wanted to ask. I don't really notice the morphing anyway so I wouldn't know.
