Did you try to verify integrity of local cache?

Also, are you certain wrye bash is necessary for the mods you are using?

Thanks CC problem solved. And it's my wife's machine. She is using tons of mods and EVERY utility possible (whatever useful of not). Until something breaks her game she and has to reinstall it again that is :)
