They say that links are copyrighted material, too …
I just found this via another forum :
Interesting, in't it ?
They are basically saying that links are copyrighted material, too !
(Or at least that's how I understood this articl.)
The printed news industry (really anything with the word 'print' in it) has been hemorrhaging money for years. This is just an attempt to avoid dealing with the fact that their market and indeed all markets are changing more rapidly than they can keep up with.
Do they provide the information open and freely without registering? Is the link saying anything or is it just a link. I think a is tantamount to referencing a source.
This is part and parcel to NA because Google was just given a a bit of a free ride by the Justice Department over how they conduct their searches (ie. directly linking to their paid shopping service and their news service).
They can sue me for all I care, I'll still post/mail/print/use links.
With patents on obvious things idiocy, with f2p models that are taxfree money laundry fraud and this added, soon we'll speak about good old times when the only illegal thing on internet was pirating software.
