Hunter's edge - orc tavern secret?
 

No I'm not talking about cellar, it's easy.

On the upper floor by the bed, where you killed Norok, there are two value 1 coin unmoveable paintings:

In other cases, there is always a lever or a button to unlock a secret.
Here I can't find anything. I've been pixelhunting for hours now…

Did anyone crack this thing?

hmmm, have only played the beta, but did you try lighting those two candle sources?

Those were lit before I took the pic.
But anyway, I tried messing with those, used many combos with other candles in the area, nothing helped. :(
And no hints anywhere nor animals that yell "look who's back!".

Maybe I need to do talk to some NPCs again? Like those cows you save that tell you about a certain amulet - the one you've looted ages ago.

So far it's the only puzzle in the whole game I still didn't solve. :(
I didn't finish the game yet but feels as near the end (level 20, third map, in the swamp, 4-5 quests still active). I'm just hoping there is no some important critical item there to get.
