a tactical combat question
I haven't bought the game yet but I heard that the patch in Summer is going to add "tactical combat". That sounded suspicious. What kind of combat do we have now?!
I hope it's not like DA2 where you could only assign one action per team member per turn and never a queue of actions? That would surely drive me mad. But I wouldn't expect Obsidian to be that awful, especially while trying to appeal to old-school crowds. Please explain what kind of combat there is in the game. I haven't watched anything due to fear of spoiling the game. And I don't know if I should wait for the tactical patch to be released or not. |

I think I saw it mentioned in the news here maybe a week ago or more, but I can't find it now. Did I dream of it? It doesn't sound healthy to confuse a dream with reality :(
Ok maybe it was another game and I misclicked the news. Did any game plan to add or improve its tactical combat in summer (june or july)? |

Wasteland 2 plans to implement perks, traits and "aimed shots" around summer, I believe. Both games have "tactical" combat right now, though I personally enjoy WL2 combat a lot more than PoE combat. |

Ok, thank you, I was disappointed and worried for nothing. :) P.S. Oh yeah that was definitely it, I remembered that the news mentioned "turn-based", rather than "tactical" combat. |
