FO4 => PC master race
 

While mods will (try to) go to XBone too, there is another thing why FO4 "wants to be played on PC".
Unlike some other studios, FO4 on PC will have absolutely no restriction on resolution or FPS:

This is how a proper game PR is made and by all means I hope other companies will learn from it.

I think it was only a fluke that this was even announced. Todd Howard said in an interview that the game would run at 1080p/30fps on everything. Bethesda had to clarify that he meant to say 'both consoles' before PC gamers burned down the internet.
