A Question Concerning the god Quests

I have completed all four god quests and there are only 2 battles I need to complete: a) the Adra dragon at end of Od Nua and b) Thaos on Burial Island. All else is finished.

My question concerning the god quests has to do with the fact that I did not yet choose a god's directive on what to do with the souls. Am I right in assuming I can still choose by approaching one of them again in the prayer chamber?

Out of curiosity what ending did you choose and why?

Petify helped me get through that encounter. I barely used petrify except for the hardest boss encounters.

I have petrify but those Adragans just interfere so much…

I ran a character up as a decoy to keep them off my major damage dealers. I think it was Eder. He was able to take of them on his own.

Some more ideas:

If you've got a druid and wizard, you can try setting up various walls (wall of fire, force and thorns) to keep some distance between your party and the monsters in that fight.
This will also slow down the approach of the mobs to make them more easy to pick off.
You can also use figurine summonings to help distract the big fellow whilst your buffed up damage dealers take out any approaching Adragans or Xurips. Use raw damage where you can on the Adra and a good timed use of petrify should help you sense the initiative for when to strike all in.
All the best with it, just watch out for that brutal breath weapon. :)

It's (or at least was) possible to deal with Adragans before fighting the dragon. I have used one of my PC cipher's spells to aggro them but maybe other casters' spells would work as well?
