Just an idea, but you could probably keep these types of posts all in one thread. ;)

In a way there is a deeper truth to what the lady says. Guns and armor are worth squat in F4, unless they're legendary. Then they're worth squat and a half. You make more caps picking up food, drugs, and certain pieces of random junk. Unless a weapon has a new mod, I just leave them on the ground because they'll weigh 5 pounds and only sell for 20-30 caps. Instead, I'll take every stimpack, jet, buggout, etc. It also allows me to clear several dungeons before needing to head back to town.

I could, but I don't think there is a thread about sidekicks primarily being mules because you have to collect everything.

Actually you can disassemble them for parts (especially worthy with scrapper perk) so it's not squat completely. ;)

Unless I'm already burdened I keep even cheap weapons with mods, but ignore unmodded weapons of any power level.

Scrapper gets you decent stuff out of anything modded, but the base weapons are just "steel, spring" or "plastic, screw"

Also, what's a reliable source of leather? That's what I'm always low on, and leather armor is so heavy to carry in bulk and usually yields just one piece of leather per item.
