I would have to say the Overseer's Guardian, considering it's damage output is 144 for me. It's an excellent weapon for long range specialists! [emoji3]

I've been using the Deliverer forever. Shots cost barely any AP and the ammo's cheap, but I keep feeling like I should get something more obviously badass.

If you have points in the gunslinger perks, it makes sense to me. I've put them into the rifleman perks.
