Dual Universe
 
I haven't seen this mentioned, so might be newsworthy. Dual Universe, a new space-based MMO using the powerful Unigine 2 engine. Sounds ambitious and looks quite pretty.

Looks interesting to me, but I have no experience with MMOs of this type (sandbox, that is).
