Patch 1.20 Changelog

http://wpc.4d7d.edgecastcdn.net/004D…l9fczl2s3h.pdf

Honestly, I have rarely seen any game dev company improve their games this much besides CDPR. :) And no, I haven't finished TW3 yet, even though I have spent 120 hours on it so far! About to go to Isles of Mist in the main story and I still have plenty of secondary quests left.

Too bad I just bought DA3, arrggh.

Man! I did finish it while it was still with old patch 1.3 or 1.4.
Just a few from 1.20 to number, but there are much more:

Quote:

- Adds book titled 'A Miraculous Guide to Gwent' which displays number of gwent cards missing from player's base-game collection and information on where to find them, thus facilitating completion of achievement titled Collect 'Em All.
Note: I got that achievement, but some cards were pain in the arse to find so this is awsome IMO.

- Adds option in Options/Gameplay to enable enemy level upscaling. If foes are too easy to defeat due to level difference, upscaling will render them a challenge. Change will not affect experience point gain, loot, or quest rewards. Option can be enabled or disabled at any time, even during combat (however, Vitality/Essence of foes is then fully restored).

- Adds new functionality to books and scrolls. When first collected, they can be read immediately using single button without need of navigating to Inventory panel. All found but not yet read books and scrolls are stored in Quest Items and Other
categories. Once read, booksand scrolls can be sold as their content is saved in
Books section of Glossary.

- Introduces redesign of Repair panel in merchant shops. Adds single button enabling players to repair all equipped items.

- Improves sorting in Journal whereby active quest tab is always open and tracked
quest is at top of quest list.

- Fixes PC platform-specific issue whereby only the 'E' key would open Stash chest
despite user manually changing relevant key binding.
How could we live back then without these stuff? I've finished the game thinking this just can't be designed better. And obviously it can.

But hell they overdid it:

Fixes issue whereby Geralt's clothing was not properly restored after sex scenes.
Nooooooooooooooooooooooooo!
I want underpants/buttshowing Geralt back!
Yea, modders will do the trick, but that's not it.

Seriously, I thought that was part of the game. :D

When a man has to bail out of the brothel, you can't expect him to remember to put his pants on.
CDPR is staying true here. :P

Roach lost her tail in 1.20 it seems. That horse is full of surprises.

I only started the game for a quick look, but haven't seen Roach yet. :) The interface improvements, however, are simply great!

1.20 wasn't released until today right? I'm assuming that's what the 2.4GB download was a few hours ago?

Well, I don't know if it's the patch or the Blood and Wine DLC but I can't play TW3 anymore. Verifying right now…

OK I'm a happy man again :)
