Boring LASIK thread
I just got it done Friday AM, and am now dealing with the dry eyes/cloudiness, etc. Overall it's not that bad, my vision is vastly improved already, just having some fun with the aftershocks of eye surgery. Supposedly it'll be a few weeks until the major healing is complete and I'll be getting full acuity. I think that it's safe to assume that things are going relatively ok, seeing as I am able to be here on the net, reading and typing so soon after. I was sure I'd be offline at least a few days, here I am the next evening doing ok. Relatively speaking of course, I dont want to push it, getting off in a few mins.

Anyone else had this done? What's your experience with it been like?

Never had it done; I'm too poor, but congrats on everything going so well!!

Most of the guys that I know that have had it done (it's free for us so there are quite a few) have had good results except for one man. He can hardly see now and says it was the worst decision he's ever made and he's an old guy, so he's had plenty of opportunities to make bad ones.
