It's not a secret at all :) Actually, thanks for asking.
The idea behind the name is that we have this covert force (led by you, Commander, heheh) of genetically-enhanced secret agents who go on missions to fight organized crime. We wanted the title to hint at the fact that there will be some spy-like activity involved, and at the DNA modifications that the agents will undergo to get their special abilities.
As an example, some will have subdermal armor, kind of like reptiles do, and others will have infrared vision, and others still may see in UV, or hear ultrasound, or have the ability to self-seal wounds to minimize blood loss.
We've got some of the enhancements applied to our agents in the demo, that's why they can take on a group of baddies on their own and walk away. You can try the demo if you like, it's linked off the Greenlight page, and from spydna.com
In the final shipping game, there will be a way to apply more mutations to the agents as the game progresses and the player recovers vials of the stolen serum. This way, the squad members will be able to develop abilities that work best with the player's style.
