I despise pets.

Other than that, Morrigan is life.

Heh, you got me there, Pets are awesome IMO, as long as they are carnivors - herbivores are stupid.

Oh, and I liked two Mods for DA:

One wich restored Morrigans skimpier Outfit from the earlier Beta Pictures, and one where you can slap her :D

Slap Morrigan for what? Oo

For being Morrigan, I don't know, I just thought it was funny. Her whole "Come on, we are the Top of the Totem Pole, be mean" Agenda annoyed me. The Mod was stupid, Morrigan was stupid, a perfect Fit IMO.

Edit:

It also would enjoy a "Slap Magnus Mod"; even if he leaves even earlier - or a strangle the D:OS Crowd Mod, but it is probably already possible to kill them, it might just aggro the whole Town.

Lol ok, I suppose it can be satisfying when you don't like the character. I personally don't mind companions because I like exploring their story but it gets really annoying when the game forces you to travel with them. I think the best solution would be develop the decent companions with the option to create custom characters as well.

Can't really expect a brand new startup to put in everything everyone wants. There's a reason they went with Unity, Pathfinder, Kickstarter, etc. If this game goes well and we support what they do have, then i'm sure we can expect the really cool extra stuff in a second game like MP, mods, DMing, custom parties, etc. But first they need to get the capital and the street cred. This is basically the same way Runic Games went with Torchlight.

I'm pretty old now, I don't want to waste time with People I don't like anymore; IRL and in Games :)

Apparently according to the forum, custom companions will be added if there's enough support. What enough support means exactly, i'm not sure.
