Cannot use Aard + Graphical Issues?

If you look closely, you'll notice that those huge white lines are part of the ducks. What's wrong with it? I"m using a gefoce 6600GT, AMD athlon 64 x2 5200+ 2.9GHz and 4GB DDR2 RAM. My specs seem compatible with this game, I'm not expecting these errors.

Also, why isn't the sign icon on the left side? I'm now in the cave and I can't get out because I can't use aard. Is this a bug? because it took me so long to get this far.

Very weird…. there seems to be a problem with your graphic card. I would advise you to visit Wither "In-tech" forum here: http://www.thewitcher.com/forum/index.php?board=14.0 maybe they can have a solution for you?

Perhaps the 6600 is below the specs, not sure!!

Not at all Corvin. This is a quote about graphic cards from official TW website: "NVIDIA GeForce 6600 or ATI Radeon 9800 or better" There might be a problem with CCJ's card but not with 6600 as such….

Check you settings for screen size ect in the game. I had a windows update that caused my game settings to change on me for some reason. That pic looks like your resolution changed.
