Damn, that's so nostalgic. I've been waiting for the remaster for ages.

But how come it is released, wasn't the release date end of the month?

The developer claims it is a legal issue so they had to remove certain symbols not allowed in certain countries.

While this is a huge thread in the forum, almost all the bad reviews are mentioning a different reason for the bad score: Tons of bugs and unpolished gameplay.

I tried that mod and it's shit. It uses stretched aspect ratios and for some bizarre reason they crank the gamma/brightness up so it looks washed out. Just use the widescreen patches available that doesn't fuck with too many things.

I would consider buying the new remaster if they fix the bugs and restore the cut symbols of German Nazism and the japanese imperial army. Also, I disliked that the PC game had so many fucking keys. Would like to just chill and play with a controller on my couch for a change.
